10. The Betz Mystery Sphere
On May 26th, 1974, the Betz family were looking at the damage caused by a brush fire across their land near Jacksonville, Florida, when they found a strange sphere. It was just less than 8 inches in diameter, made from metal, and highly polished. The only mark on its surface was a triangular shape that had been stamped onto it.
