Very bad noise coming from valve train 1966 Jaguar MK2

I am going to have to pull the head to see what damage occurred when it appears that a piston hit number 4 spark plug. This was after using starting fluid as I did not realize the fuel pump was turned off and no fuel was getting to the engine.
