i have 2013 lexus RX 450h. My car used to be very quiet but now it is louder than ever before. I am not sure if it's humming sound but it sounds like humming lol. It gets noisy when car is being driven on slow motion, I can hear it more louder when I am on the ramp existing and merging to the highway. All 4 tires are keep loosing air too. Every 4 days or in week I have to inflate them not all but one by one. My mechanic said it's a wheel bearing but when I asked him to fix it, he said it's not wheel bearing. Any idea or any help what it could be?

Okay this video sucks so I’ll explain it to you. The noise you hear might not even be the engine. Typically a whistling noise could be the turbo or transmission. When the turbo fails it starts to whistle with every rev of the engine. Same thing with the transmission when there’s a leak the transmission pump starves of fluid and it makes a whistling sound with engine revs. You could also have a small exhaust leak that makes a whistle sound. Lastly when engine age they just randomly make different noises. If you hear a noise like a whistle but the car runs and drive just fine I wouldn’t worry about it. Of course check fluids check for leaks but in my experience it’s usually turbo or transmission nothing to do with the engine itself. My cars 20 years old there’s nothing wrong with anything but I noticed it just kinda sounds different now but everything is good.

Ok on my 2013 camero the noise from my car is the wind blowing in-between the left mirror and the car. Roll down your window put your hand in-between the left mirror and the car and the noise will go away.the wind is making the noise blowing between the mirror and car.after I put my hand in-between the mirror and car the noise was gone.the noise would happen around 50 and 70 miles an hout
