Rebounding has given me more energy, people are commenting how much energy I have (even at the end if the day). I have noticed a reduction in cellulite, I sleep well and feel rejuvenated in the The list goes on.
I know that there is a caution "dont rebound if you have lower back pain and sciatica however I have found that this has actually helped me and given me relief. I understand that everyone is different and I accept the precautions and agree that one must consult with your Medical practitioner.

I’ve been rebounding for two months, my legs and stomach are shrinking. I am getting rock hard muscles all over. I am not going to stop. I jump from 20 min to 30 a day ! I love it

I do a 10 min routine 7 mornings a week, following a girl on YT, with my iPad propped on my dresser drawer, close enough to restart from the 2 ads that pop up. Additionally 3 mornings, after rebounding, I lift weights. The other 4 mornings I rebound later in the day maybe doing 100 j jacks or a 2 mile walk at 4 MPH at times.

I’ve been a trampoline lover since I was a kid. It always just relaxed me like a baby jumper. In my adult years with my mini trampoline though I never really used it as a workout tool. I’d just put some tunes in and bounce until I got a little tired and than stop and sit down and catch my breath. Maybe have a couple beer while I’m doing it 😂. But doing these rebound workouts I’ve gotten into a lot better shape.

Doesn’t have the desire as my goal of 10, 000 one hundred yard sprints by Nov 1st. At 650, pausing til snow gone. Resuming very soon. But I’ll add rebounding. 568 miles of sprints, same as mpls to Fort Wayne Indiana. 568 miles walking back to start line. age 69. No dr no meds.

I have a really bad backache from the rebounder after using it for 2 -3 weeks. I never had any back issues before. I stopped but my back is still sensitive.

Fat loss has very little to do with exercise. Yes, it can certainly help, but the vast majority is what you eat. Fat loss is also mostly hormonal, not about calories. You want to lower your insulin enough that your body will burn fat. If it’s too high, it is literally impossible to burn fat. Stop counting calories and eat the right foods (mostly animal protein and the fat that comes with it - a fatty ribeye is perfect) until you feel full.

Once you lose it keep it off. Do not be like some Hollywood clowns who lose, gain, lose for “roles”. I submit the greatest “role” in life is living, and doing that foolishness will decrease your chances of winning. If you lost weight you KNOW HOW TO DO IT SO KEEP IT OFF.
