steam train at speed # 201

Winchester - another day of disruption as a gale sweeps in from the west. Trees have fallen both up and down the line - with the down service being particularly badly hit - the staff, doing a great job to keep passengers informed, report 8 trains stacked at Basingstoke waiting to proceed. Things are easing on the up line and a short freight and three Network Rail Class 57s head past, before Braunton - three minutes early on the steam special. Three minutes early - but it left Salisbury an hour before schedule!
All in all it was a great job to keep things running as they were - and there could be more bad weather in the offing.

The early times was annoying. I wanted to see it at eastleigh but as we arrived at the car park. The train shot past at full belt. It's the only tour I have ever missed. Hopefully, I doesn't happen again. Lol. Matt

Why are people unable to tell the difference between #201 as in video number 201 and 201kph with A isn't mentioned and B isn't used in the UK. Learn to read and understand rhe language please. ..
