I still use this for 3DS games. Reading through manuals is always interesting and sometimes you actually discover a feature you had no clue about because it might not have been explained well in-game.

Yep, and if I recall correctly, the Wii U user manual itself was also built-in, but I think that was accessed through the settings.
Edit: no, it's accessed from the home menu while on the Wii U menu

While I love my Switch OLED, it has many issues. It has profiles, friend requests, friend codes, miis, basic Nintendo and hardware stuff. But with only 2 themes, no shop music, no movers, and an extremely convoluted way to even access the browser, they very much downgraded from the Wii U. But another big problem is no security. The only security option you have is the screen lock in handheld mode where you have to press the same button fast 3 times to enter the console. It doesn’t bother me, but there’s many obvious issues with the switch.

Without manuals no one would ever know that in Super Mario 64 DS you can pick up players as Wario and swing them around like Bowser (only in multiplayer)

I missed the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS despite never owning either. Although I'm happy with my Nintendo Switch. It seems that Nintendo Switch is a bit soulless and lackluster

Im not gonna lie they missed a lot things with switch it’s why I’ve went back to old consoles like dsi xl gameboy.

They went very minimalistic on the switch so I’m hoping they bring back some of that wonder to the switch’s successor. I would love it if they brought back the screen that showed up asking to close game, see game manual, etc. As well as bring back a social platform for people to share on. A few more are themes, folders, game selection layout options, etc.
