When he SLAMS his door after getting out of the car I had chills go up my spine. Then the delay while she was most likely trying to "pull herself together" after a fight and then getting out of the car. Rubbing her arms. I want to jump into the surveillance camera and yell, "Oh Gabby. Please don't stay with him." Such a tragic case.

Also, why does he have his sunglasses on in the store, and hands constantly in his pockets? Gabby looks guarded with her arms crossed and meek posture. So sad to see this, it truly breaks my heart.

I also want to say to other parents. I have a teenage daughter who I love more than my own life. I would do anything for her, but if she murdered someone then I would do the right thing and call the cops. Brian's parents are disgusting and I think they should be in prison.

What she ever saw In this loser Is beyond me. Even just the way he walks annoys me. Slams the car door and just starts walking with his hands In his pockets and feet all spread apart like an Egyptian Hieroglyph. You can tell a lot about someone just by their body language alone and how they carry themselves... Something just wasn't right about this dude.

I've never seen this footage before. Based on how he slammed the door and how long it took for the both of them to get out of the van definitely tells me they were fighting. I also noticed that despite the van belonging to Gabby, Brian was always the one driving. It's like he's trying to control her even with the van. I think that's why he always drove and he locked her out. He always had the keys and can control when she can come and go.

Seeing that van where she wanted to have a life of travel, love, photography, new friends gives me the chills. I’m so glad the court in Florida decided in favor of her family!

This is so sad and tragic, such a beautiful young woman was robbed of her long fulfilling life by the person she probably trusted the most!
