I have not eaten any seeds except coconuts for almost 40 years. Just eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and occasional fruits. Have not died yet.

Would be cool if you made a video of the full nutritional table humans need and a diet you believe in which fulfills all the nutritional elements. I hope that makes sense. Pretty much a video on what nutrition we need and what foods you like to eat that gives you a complete diet.

Good video Brendan, I had eczema all over my body, ears, arms, legs, and even on my eye lids. Binned Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats and other grains except for white rice 2 years ago and my eczema has cleared up. Just have to watch where these grains are hidden, sauces like soy, frozen potatoes coated in wheat etc. Since then I avoid all ultra processed food and most processed food and have gained so much for confidence mental clarity and joined the gym and at 42 feel better than I have ever felt in my life, now into body building as I am no longer so self aware of the eczema which was holding me back due to a reaction to these grains.

I love this. I’ve found really good rice varieties and soak them all and eat it maybe once or twice a week. Sprouted brown rice is better, obviously not for every day use but I wash it and mix it and soak it with white rice, foxtail millet, glutinous black rice, black beans (soybeans), amaranth, proso millet, quinoa, sorghum, adzuki beans, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, white adzuki beans, red rice, barley, barnyard millet, and adlay millet. Basically you get a really beautiful color after cooking. I love soaking my basmati or any long grain rice too. Potato starch and rice flour are amazing and I have a nut allergy so those are really my best bet. I’m allergic to avocado and more recently chickpeas so I stay away from those unfortunately. I drink local milk from Ohio and eat a lot of cassava like Siete brand chips for my chilaquiles in the morning and I like using masa for my tortillas since it is fermented. I love sourdough pasta too every once in a while. Anyways love your stuff Brendan

Aren’t monounsaturated fats from nuts good or does the fermented acid overweigh the benefits from each rich fiber, healthy fats, and plant based protein.

Does roasting nuts remove phytic acid? Is it significant? Any other ways to prepare nuts to make them healthier?

When I was young in the 1960s bread was made the traditional way you discribed in this video we bought our bread from the local bakery store so it was fresh daily and tasty when bread was past it's best it would go stale not mouldy like bread made today. We could still use and eat stale bread by breaking it into pieces and soaking it in fresh home made soup we also made bread and butter pudding from stale bread it was delicious. Now commercially made bread is full of crap and
E numbers it absolutely horrible and don't deserve to called bread
