I got another one for you.... Get the shaved parmesan cheese and coat a baking pane with non-stick spray. Then cover with thin single slices of Vidalia onions. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. You'll have a cheese/onion crisp snack!

Used to have to make parm crisp cups that were about 8" high, so they could be filled with tapenade. I hated that menu item!

Nope. That has cellulose in it. Straight shredded or shaved parmesan, use biscuit circles for consistent sizes. Add garlic powder or spices to vary flavor. Directly on a baking pan, 400° for 7 minutes in oven.
