Just get rid of the bottom part of the rep where your rotating your arms and do the traditional seated shoulder press. You are going to be putting up way more weight therefore putting way more tension on the shoulders. Then just hit lateral raises for the lateral delt and a rear delt exercise for the rear delt separately rather than trying to combine it in an overhead press and follow me for massive shoulders 👍
