I totally disagree with you bro. I use to ignore SBD(squats, bench and deadlifts) earlier when I started weight training but after I included them in my routine I saw huge amount of changes and muscle growth in my body. The reason for this is because they are compound exercise which targets Most the muscle groups and increases your HGH which plays main role for building muscles. So, I would recommend you to include SBD
