I know this seems random but can we just appreciate how this team is able to post TWO TIMES A DAY? Claps for The Infographics Show

Interesting how the Kamikaze "Cherry Blossom" aircraft was shown so much in this animation. That could be a future Infographic Show on specific methods Kamikaze soldiers used.

The Kamikaze pilots were given the same dialog trees they give in JRPGs.

Something I realized about wars is that you know the history is written one sided when you never hear heroic stories of your opponents. Literally out of millions of men. Interesting story, the kamikaze amulet that had their names washed up alot on the beaches, as it was made from wood. My grandma picked one up and put it on their family alter.

Nick cannon would’ve been a great kamikaze pilot, he’s never pulled out of anything last minute

If only more people watched video's like this one. They might have a somewhat different perspective on WWII.

My farther served in every major sea battle against the Japanese on board the HMAS Australia. HMAS Australia holds the record for being hit by the most kamikaze planes and surviving, my farher shot down one. The one thing you did not cover is not all pilots where men, towards the end off the war the old, teenagers, male and female where used, one pilot of one off the aircarft that hit the HMAS Australia was thrown clear, the explosives did not explode, hight off battle, the plane was pushed overboard, my farther one of the men that recoverd the pilot body, he told me she was only a very young teenage girl, very young, He heard few other stories like his experience from orher sailors from other ships.

Oh, excuse me, I think you got the wrong title for this particular video. It's supposed to be about what happened when kamikazes lived not the attack of a beachhead. But hey! it's a good program anyway. It wasn't what I was looking for but thank you very much for a good program.

these pilots had a high probability of dying during their missions, some of them managed to survive, either by ejecting from their planes or by crash-landing on the ground or the water.

I can't help but think some of those "mechanical issues" where not entirely random.

Ohka rocket planes were called "baka", or fool, by the Allies. "Baka" was not used for all kamikaze planes.

I feel like infographics will be contracted by the us government to make wwIII training videos. Similar to Disney during wwII.
