I am dermatologist and a chemist this is a way to apply spf that i wouldn't recommend to anyone you are over rubbing the sunscreen which reduces the potency of it

I follow Jennifer Myers way of applying sunscreen. I use three fingers method and then after spreading the sunscreen on my entire face I leave it like that for sometime like a face mask then I have my tea and after then I massage the remaining sunscreen. With this method I have found out that it protects my skin pretty well. And I don't feel the need to reapply sunscreen (I stay at home) when I am out I wear a hat

Make sure to softly exfoliate your skin once or twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells and uncover a more radiant complexion. Apply sunscreen with effective and correct filters. The one that I've discovered with good filters is liittllextra rice berry sunscreen. I have used it in high temperatures, and it has given me excellent protection without causing sweat. It's very lightweight and absorbs quickly. Apart from that, I use riceberry moisturizer as well, as it offers the adequate moisturization that is required by. Make sure to drink adequate water too.

Thank you so much, I used to put the sunscreen in the palm of my hands and then spread it on my face, I always wondered why I could never reach my nose but thanks to your new method😁

One more hack
Apply 2 finger sunscreen in 3 parts will absorb really quickly its like first you apply toner then serum then moisturizer like that u will feel
And blending sunscreen by massaging daily can actually damage tissues
Hope this helps❤

Considering the amount you have to use, you'd think they'd make it cheaper

Worst way to apply sunscreen ..u shouldnot rub more.. just apply and wait for some min ...it will be absorbed .

You are applying way too much sunscreen. Indian skin doesnt require the Western 2 thumb rule of sunscreen as brown skin already has melanin which protects your skin (is a natural sunscreen). Research done by Board Certified dermatologist of USA
