Hey Erin, great video. But the lighting is so bright I can see you very well. You are so blown out your facial features start to disappear. It’s hard to look at it’s so bright.

Great tips. The beat stain remover on market is Gonzo! It comes in a little red and white bottle and can be used on most fabrics. Stains literally disappear before your eyes! You can find it at a typical grocery store or on Amazon

I just did a backstage tour at a performing arts center. I learned that the costume people use 100 proof vodka to freshen the costumes that can't be washed. She said it's great and can be used on all sorts of clothes, carpets, and fabric furniture. She said they buy cheap vodka at the liquor store and save the expensive for parties. ;)

Dear Erin, great advices for the cashmere's and wool sweaters, I'm from the tropics of Puerto Rico and is not something we commonly wear for our winter season, but now with this tips are extremely helpful because I own lots of good sweaters for travel and was afraid to damage them doing it at home. Thanks for the sweater comb!!!

Best ever remover spots or stains Shout individual towels and other products. I'm a wedding photographer and every time a wedding dress or anyone have a stain spot due to makeup or wine, I give them a Shout towel and stain goes right away. Is amazing to see people's faces when it comes off. Another experience I had recently, was with an old rusty spot on a beautiful dress I had from BCBG that I though I was going to loose it, then I remember the Shout towels and surprisingly it came off immediately. Is one of my favorites to travel anywhere.

Great tips, always love your videos!!! blessings Erin

For your item that shrunk, try a hair conditioner soak overnight, gently rinse, reshape and dry flat. Works like a charm! Love your channel ❤️

That Downy Wrinkle Release spray is a miracle product!!!! It was all I used when I traveled for 9 months out of the year with my old job. I never had cashmere and wool spray, but might try that. Sounds great! Thanks for the tips!

Dish soap for stains! Seriously. And time-I treat A.S.A.P. I'm talking blood, ink, paint whatever as soon as something happens, I'm dabbing away at it with a sponge and dish soap-it works for me!

My grandmother taught me to put a little bit of Dawn dishwashing liquid on stains, it has always worked for so well!

Hello Erin! Thank you so much for your suggestions. You might not believe it but try it! When my shirt gets stained underarms, I spray those stains with peroxide!!!! No stains no harsh chemicals either!

I don't think it's my monitor, but your videos are very high contrast. Meaning the light is blaring and too bright white. I use to watch your videos last year and didn't find this to be an issue.

The Vinegar!!! 🙌🏼 I use it normally to make my laundry, especially in the armpits area of the tops to eliminate sweat odors and bacterias, I also throw in the softener dispenser with the softener and that helps to maintain the color of the clothes and free of static. Thank you for the video!

Hi Erin, what really only a few people know is that fibers under 24 microns, the smoothest hair you can get, let’s say, f.e. Baby Yak fiber, Merino wool or cashmere, are long staple fibers, that no matter how much money you spend on them, are going to pill, simply because of the way they are spun. There’s no way they won’t pill, because the long hairs will move against each other within the thread and than they tend to move outside the fabric. Mohair is less likely to pill because it’s very hard wearing ( nobody knows that mohair socks will keep you warm and last for a long time) unless you are familiar with the wool and fiber theme. The best thing you can do is get yourself a Gleener ( I think it is the best thing to remove those pills without damaging the fibers). I knit and wear a lot of wool and cashmere! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

DRYEL! I just discovered this and it's wonderful. It essentially dry cleans items at home. The scent is amazing, no yellowing and no stops at the cleaners. Perfect for coats, sweaters and jeans.

I use Woolite Dark for my dark denim and black clothing. Seems to keep those items looking good longer.

Great tips Erin. The only thing I would add is that I try to use the least amount of chemicals in our laundry, aside from the occasional stain remover. Even with two teenage boys who practice sports, we stick with mostly more natural detergents. My daughter also had a couple of years battling eczema and I switched to doing all of or laundry with Charlie Soap and Zote detergents. That was a game changer in her condition. Since that experience, I will not add anything unnecessary to our clothes, like wrinkle release sprays or other fabric fresheners.

Love the tips!! Great video! I use the Downy Wrinkle Releaser as well. I spray garment, then I place in the dryer for a few min. It really works great. I even use on sweaters THAT ARE ALREADY DRY, to release minor wrinkles. 😊

Weather permitting, I hang my clothes outside in the sun to dry. Excellent to get whites really white. Turn jeans/colors inside out to preserve color. Baking soda to the wash helps keep whites white too. I always use a second rinse too.
