I've been bursting into uncontrollable sobs, unable to stop tears from unexplained overload of emotions, every time i do any yoga that involves the lower half of my body and being on the ground. Every time! It's happened 20-30 times and I'm not feeling any lighter or better. I'm feeling drained and worried this will never end😢

I’m deeply interested in somatic techniques, and we use somatic techniques in music therapy to help me with childhood trauma. I use music as a tool and an outlet to cure my CPTSD, along with somatic techniques. I’m deeply into meditation and sound healing. I listen to a lot of world music, a lot of new age music, and other genres of music. I’ve cut out heavy metal, and a lot of rap music. However, I have 0 problems with other people liking heavy metal or rap. I just find some rap music makes me distracted, and heavy metal makes me anxious. I use a weighted blanket. I’m on 0 medications.
