I'm not a woman but I can vouch for what she's saying. I started taking my B12 just prior to bedtime for the last week and I have a very hard time to fall asleep and even to stay asleep. Definetly better to take in the morning.

Are you saying that you can feel it right away? Or dose it tale some time to build up in your body?

You need good stomach acid to be able to absorb B12 So I think thats its better as an injection or liposomal & sublinually rather than a tablet!
