Get her to buy you 1 or 2 frags [that she likes]. 1) You'll find out what she likes & get free frags. 2) If she reacts negatively/disinterest, then you will really know she really is not into fragrances; then wear whatever u want. If she really does not like anything at all you wear then it comes down to frag vs. gf I guess.

As many have noted here, a good way to resolve this is to take her fragrance shopping. That would be the easiest way to find out what she likes. But you may discover that she doesn't like anything at all. And if _that_ is the problem, then at least you'll know that there's no pleasing her, and you can stop chasing your tail (no pun intended).

Similar situation here. Married for 20 years before I got into fragrances. Wife does not like any of my fragrances, as she has an extremely sensitive nose. So my solution, I spray the back of my hands and wrists on my way to work, enjoy the scents all workday, then wash them off before I head home. It’s a compromise that I’m OK with.

I think your answer was a good one. Also, I think it's important to wear what you feel is right for you not just to appeal to your SO or to the general public but also because your fragrance influences your own state of mind. When I wear Boss The Scent parfum, I feel playful and sexy. When I wear Layton Exclusif, I feel like a boss and confident. That plays a lot into how others perceive you, too.

To be honest I haven't had very many women like the ones he mentioned even though they are hyped. I've had the best luck with YSL Y EDP, Dior Homme 2020, Versace Pour Homme ( which kind of baffles me), and although it has certain similarities to Dylan Blu...Prada Luna Rosa Ocean is far superior and they like it. We wear fragrances basically for other people and what he should do is order some samples and find the ones he likes and then let her smell them just to see her opinion. He could be spraying too heavily too!

As long as he likes the smell of your natural skin I don't think you have anything to worry about. Your girlfriend is a special one.

Take her out and let her do the picking! If she's against fragrances in general, you'll know right away. Otherwise, let her pick 3, and you'll get to enjoy the rest. 😁 After a few years, she'll come around. Evolution knows no obstacles. The simple trick is stealthy and situation-oriented exposure. Wear a little bit of what you want to an experience that makes her happy and watch how quickly her associations can change.

My girlfriend doesn't like any fragrances either. Even smelling on other people in public she puts a face on like she just walked into a fart.

This question seems like something stupid but is not at all, because in situations like this you can define a relationship. You should go with her to a department store and let her try some fragrances and choose one or two that she likes. If you like them too buy them. If she still doesn´t like anything and she is so complicated and you really want to please her you will have to choose between what she likes (losing a part of you in order to please her) or what you like (letting her see that you have a strong personality, which it can be good or bad for her).

Wear what you like but how about you take her fragrance shopping with you.
Try different ones together and buy one that she likes on you and buy one for her that you like on her.
Then you will be able to tell if this is about wearing smells you both like or something else.
