The fire departments from around the country that deploy for FEMA had better wear their own clothes and not FEMA's. Don't let people know you are there on behalf of FEMA. I know that Fairfax County, Virginia and Montgomery County. Maryland have fire department units that are trained by FEMA for search and rescue.
