For caulking, I used an elastomeric polyurethane called Tremco Dymonic. The 20oz sausage packs are best. Highly recommend. Also great for sealing windows. It's compatible with Tyvek wrap and tape as well.

So what do you do if the foundation is in square do you square off the sill plate or do you square off the walls when you put on top of the sill plate I have that issue with the foundation that I got poured

Remember that you must use galvanized nails on pressure treated lumber or they will corrode away quickly.
