This was such an inspiring talk to our future leaders...Alhamdullilah. I guess being sh. Yasir age, I wish someone would have given us this way back then.

This is good lecture by Dr. Yasir Qadhi.
The physical audience is kids aged 9 to 17 who are enrolled in a hifz program and parents.

Dr. Yasir, share his experience of doing hifz as a child in middle school and explains how he felt when had to learn the Quran instead play games of 🎮 the time. He is able to go to the level of a child who may not want to do hifz and sacrifices his time and efforts to do some thing a kid may not find interesting to do.
The speaker then explains how he also did not want to do hifz and how he benfitted from doing the hifz.
Some of the benefits Dr. Yasir explained were that to be successful in any career, school, college who need a good memory. A good memory is needed to learn the concepts, formulas etc.. by doing hifs is like going to a memory gym where you practice learning there by increasing your memory.
The Dr. Also mentioned that he was able to grasp concepts during his education that his peers were not able to understand from the baraka of learning the Quran.
