Memorization technique that never failed me 😏💪🏻

If you have a hard time recalling, you should definitely try this memorisation technique that has never failed me.

Try it yourself:
⭐️ Read information
⭐️ Recite it out loud (as if you teaching someone)

By actively recalling information from memory, you are engaging with the material more deeply and strengthening the connections in your brain that help you retain the information. This can make it easier to recall the information later on when you need it. 😉

Another trick is that pretend you're teaching a bunch of students
This way you'd be able to memorize whatever you teach and it's gonna stay in your long term memory
I don't usually do this on a regular basis but I always use this before an English exam

This is what I do:
First of all I try to understand what the notes say instead of just cramming it as it will help you make the answer even if you forget. Then after understanding what it means, I try to learn the main points which will help in remembering the answer. Then I read everything out loud so I can remember it. Then I try to do it without the notes present. If I fail then I try to remember it again because you obviously won't have a book during the exam. After trying to say it for some time, I can memorize whatever is written.

If there is something like you just have to memorize then:
Break the sentences into a few words and repeat it again and again, one thing that helps to learn or memorize notes is having fun. So what I try do is when I am repeating the words, I try to make it into a beat so the information gets into my brain. You can use sounds or just make beats. This really helps me to memorize my notes. Hope it helps

In my psychology class, I learned that it’s good to spread out your studying over a longer period of time with small breaks in between. Don’t cram the night before. Study a week in advance, every day for a few hours.

First I try to understand what is all written and not just simply cram all this up. then I try to make some short tricks or some analogy to link some of the things that I've learnt and then at last without seeing anything I just start to recite the whole thing as if I am teaching someone and explaining everything in detail. It really helps. 💫✨

This is exactly what I do and then to solidify it, I’ll write it on a whiteboard 😄 answering posed questions (from myself)…thanks for sharing

I record myself while reading my notes, and listen to it while doing house chores, I donno but it really helps me a lot.

Thank you for those who find my comment helpful. Keep your quizzes questionnaires and study that too, sometimes teachers will just pick something in there just twist the question to trick you.

I always study infront of my mirror. The benefit of this trick is you won't forget anything because at that time you'll feel like the world is depending on your exams or whatever you are studying.

One trick I always use, even during the break I'm watching this video.. a trick named "Pomodoro" in which studying for 25 minutes takes 5 min full chill break then studying the 25, 5 sequence... You'll be fresh after every break, the last 10/25 min stands extremely concentrating, You'll study 6 hours with a 1-hour break...Go study and thank me later🎀✨😂

One time I feel sleepy while memorisation for my morning test so I use this method. I lay on my bed with stuff I need to memorise in my hand then close my eyes and keep repeating those stuff until I fell asleep. It works for me 😂

With me, I usually just read the text 2-3 times, go over it in my head silently another 2-3 times and if I still can't remember then I scan the required info 2-3 times (focusing on keywords). Its best to do the scanning step a few minutes before entering exam hall as it acts as last minute revision and also helps you remember at least 80% of the text because it is recent memory.

Doing that walking around. In your room or outside. It helped me during my nurse exams/ last tests. (Dunno the right English term) walking helps you learning really fast!!!

Read it to yourself silently and then write it on paper like 50x and there’s no way you’ll forget then
