What is a human embryo model?

Recently, researchers at Rockefeller University have developed a human embryo model from a human embryonic stem cell line - for the first time ever! Being able to do this from a common human embryonic stem cell line instead of egg and sperm will make this technology more accessible to more labs. This opens up all kinds of new possibilities and scientific questions. However, it also brings up new ethical dilemmas... How far can we go? How far should we?
