How Fertilization happens | 3D Animation

This 3D animation shows the magic that happens when a sperm meets an egg and the sparks fly. Fertilization happens when a sperm cell successfully meets an egg cell in the fallopian tube. Once fertilization takes place, this newly fertilized cell is called a zygote. From here, the zygote will move down the fallopian tube and into the uterus. The zygote then burrows into the uterus lining (a process known as 'implantation').

I don’t expect anyone to believe this, but I’m 50 years old and had no idea what really happens. I never had sex ed. In school and (thankfully) never had any biological kids of my own. My wife (from a previous marriage) had two and I asked her the other day how the whole process worked (well I knew the ‘creation’ process) but not what happened after the sperm went inside the vagina. She laughed uncontrollably (she’s a nurse). Well I guess a 80 second video on YouTube has given me the information I need. She’s had a hysterectomy, so don’t worry - I’m not out there creating kids but now I know. And as G.I.Joe says “Knowing is half the battle.”

hey, most lectures you do'nt explain what happens at metaphase two, you just say the egg is fertilize. how does it come telophase in the fertlised egg

With this video and others I am just today learning that when the man ejaculates... The sperm enter the uterus and fallopian tubes. Now that I've learned this .. I can't remember what I thought before today 😅😅
