What are you saying at the end? I got all the way through to the set up ph agreed to terms then the next screen came up and it asked for my pin to unlock? How would there be a pin# in the ph if we just factory reset it?

It also wants a previous email that was synced with the ph. How is that possible?

Thanks...this saved me so much trouble. I should have known better than to set a password when exhausted and half asleep after work. I work to hard for my stuff to not be able to use it.
I woke up the next morning to find I couldn't get into my phone due to an incorrect pin. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am glad this instructional video was available. On the negative side, this would be a horrible but likely tool for cell phone thieves.

If it dosnt work, plug it info a computer with the charging cable and do the same steps.

It will not work as samung dont allow .Only the thing is you need to go to service center with bills
