Worked once I plugged it into a laptop. Didn't do anything on the laptop, but that made it work. Cheers for the help!

Process worked - thanks. It took about 10 attempts so if it doesn't work first time, keep trying as described in the video

My man! Got it first time. Your tip was awesome. Saw another video where you can unlock and back up data and more from logging into your Samsung account. The issue with that, if your settings weren't set for that from the start, like mines wasn't *SMH* . You wont be able to do nothing but locate and ring your phone. Awesome video my guy thank you.

Hi! took me like 24 times, I was trying it without my phone plugged into my laptop via usbc cable, but as soon as I tried with it plugged it in, it worked first time! thanks, needed this! have been locked out of my phone for like a whole month!

took 4 attempts - on the 4th attempt I plugged the USB into my laptop - just waiting for the reboot to complete now. Thank you for easy instructions - last thing I wanted to do but after 5 other videos - this seemed to be the most comfortable advice to follow.

if this doesnt works for you, you can try the same procedure but having the usb cable connected to both the phone and a computer usb port while doing the process. actually this is how it worked for me on samsung A526B
