Location: IM Diagnostic - Tamil Nadu (Madurai, Theni, Trichy, Ambattur Chennai, Tambaram Chennai, Kilpauk Chennai, ECR Old Road, Ezhil Nagar, Sholinganallur Chennai, Tanjore Chennai)

Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 Per Month (Negotiable)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Job Description

IM Diagnostic is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Medical Representative to join our team in ECR, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in healthcare marketing. Your role will involve promoting our diagnostic services, handling the marketing team, and implementing strategies to increase our market presence.

Responsibilities

Promote Services: Regularly visit doctors and healthcare professionals to introduce and promote the diagnostic services offered by IM Diagnostic.
Team Management: Lead and motivate the marketing team, ensuring effective coordination and conducting periodic health camps.
Marketing Strategy: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of IM Diagnostic services.
Client Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare providers to build and sustain professional relationships.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of industry developments.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
Follow-Up: Ensure regular follow-up with existing and potential clients to address their needs and concerns.
Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on marketing activities and outcomes to the management team at IM Diagnostic.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitals, laboratories, or pharmaceutical companies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic Planning: Ability to analyze market data and develop effective marketing strategies.
Team Player: Capability to work well in a team and manage marketing initiatives.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (petrol allowance provided by IM Diagnostic).
