I want to ask and have curosity to know that, you also go to the doctors, meet up and promote your company. Then you also give any kind of rewards like cash, expensive item to a doctor who write your medicines and gives you sale.

Im a med rep too, i started as an office coordinator i havnt graduated still, i learned by myself, opened the library of our products and helped the sales and support them, until i started getting more and more involved and the rest is history, i sell mainly vascular grafts, and sutures.
