I remember my pastor told me this: whenever God blesses you with something, ask Him is this supposed to be your harvest or a seed to plant in someone’s life. It feels really good to give and be a blessing unto others! Trust that God will do more with what you give than what you keep! I have to keep reminding myself this👌🏾

This is something I struggle with. We didn't have much money growing up. It is hard to let it go. It is something God is working on in my life.

I was so consumed with Coveting money and material things and being selfish. I used shopping as an outlet to relive my pain and depression. When i Returned to Jesus, I got scared for a second that i would get tempted again, so i thought I had to purge most of my belongings and stop shopping. I now Know better, it's okay to enjoy our bounty but dont get caught up with material things :). It never cross my mind to Donate, will do better going forward.

My husband and I got out of student loan debt last year thank God! We followed Dave Ramsey’s principals and have an emergency fund set up. Our mortgage is our only debt. Thankful to God!

God loves a cheerful giver. I'm just glad to get a good biblical perspective on money instead of hearing it from those prosperity preachers. Every scripture in the Bible in all 66 books relates to money for them.

Hey! I just did a study on this and will be presenting on this soon. I'm in the process of getting together a publication on it, as I type. It's so crazy that some of the people who I work with, who've been reading their Bibles for years now, have said "I've never seen such scripture" or "I've never looked at it this way", when it's all there. Good teaching!!

As a recovering shopaholic (Praise the Lord for my healing), I am pretty terrified to shop for myself sometimes, luckily I have a lot of debt and medical Bill's right now, so I cant shop but when I have the opportunity I want to be able to do it, knowing that the old me won't come back, and that I'm in God's hands.
