मेरा पेट 3-4 महीने से बहुत दुख रहा था। फिर मेने एंडोस्कोपी करवाई जिसमे पेट मे अल्सर का पता चला । डॉक्टर ने 14 दिन की HP किट दी जिससे कोई फायदा नही हुआ। फिर मेने अपनी डाइट में चेंज किया। अब में 1 महीने से बिल्कुल ठीक हु।
मेरी डाइट
1. सुबह का खाना दही में रोटी चूर के खाता हूं ।
2. पूरे दिन में 5 केले खाता हूं।

I had pain in my upper abdomen for years and my diet and smoking ruined me, wasn’t until I learned how to live my life sober my heads fog cleared and I started drinking only water and taking raw garlic / fasting that was the first time I felt a little better. Anti depressants made them come back, I’m off all medication now and doing well, I endured them until I reached a point where I realized the pain had finally gone. You need to start eating healthy RIGHT NOW. Alkaline greens and fasting I’m telling you the change in your gut biome will be what you want. You have to get your tummy use to being treated well, it expects acid and subconsciously holds your attention there, give love to the parts that hurt and you WILL make it.
Also you need to rule out abdomen pain isn’t from spine compression, sitting for too long and bad posture will cause some peoples spine to press up against internal organs, and your stomach may think to produce acid as a result, if that’s the case simply a chiropractor and stretch routine that fixes upper/lower back posture will instantly relieve pain. If you almost blackout from stretching a certain way it’s almost always the case.

Very informative I have stomach ulcer that is why I am watching and searching videos related to that. Doctor gave me omeprazol.
But the treatment for the wound in the stomach not sure if what is the meds for that I had H. Pylori too and they gave me tons of meds. Thanks again for the infos big help.

But please, so can't the ulcers be healed without taking the antacids? Because firstly, I can't digest my food and secondly, antacids give me stomach pain.
Or can I take betaine hcl for digestion and antacids for the ulcers?
