is there any tutorial on youtube on creating beats live and building whole thing and performing?? I mostly see tutorials where they are just triggering the stems which are prepared before hand(not saying that it shouldn't be done) but the whole composition !!

are the keyboard keys also touch sensitive? I'm on the fence between this midi controller and the akai 25 mpk keyboard thats on the same price range. Would anyone help me choose between the two, tell me why, or recommend another midi controller under $100? (Not that there's a lot of options but) Thanks a lot!
