I do a lot of things all at once and sometimes it is taking a toll on me. Having an affiliate marketing business, I want to use all the time I have to learn, inspire and motivate my audiences in my groups and channel. Knowing this now, I can assure that I will not run into being stressed or burn out with how busy my day is. My productivity and energy will be renewed once I try doing these tips. I went from to much towards less and there it stopped. I did not know how to pick things back up, without wanting to do 10 things at the same time. This has been so helpfull. No forgetting, no problems speaking out my words. I am at number 4 and number 5 is also going to get finished within the hour. The next step will be doing the 5 things in less time by setting a side the things that distract to much. Thank you for this piece of reality check.

It seems like a simple concept and I thought "I need to do WAY more than 5 things a day" but I tried it starting last week. I only put 5 items on my calendar each day and it's amazing! I wasn't getting everything done that I used to have on my calendar (10-12 things) so I would go into the next day feeling discouraged and already behind by Tuesday morning. Five things is doable. It makes you prioritize what's really important and the rest can fill in the gaps of the day OR NOT!! So simple, so amazing!! I feel successful at the end of the day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The less you do the more you accomplished ... Thanks Gabby I feel that you are talking to me ... I am so overwhelmed with the must dos everyday and yes I get so distracted which to do first then end up doing nothing at all. Thanks for making it clear and thanks for the tip on how I can do much better❤️

Hey Gabby! I so needed this (as I have like 12 tabs open on my computer). I am constantly trying to do to much as I'm creating my life coaching business and often feel like I don't actually get much done and I'm so scatterbrained. I definitely will take this advice as I tend to jump from one thing to another without getting the first thing done.
I also wanted to follow up. I'm a B-schooler and we spoke the other day on one of your coaching calls. I made the video about bullying and I'm really putting myself out there. I know making videos in the beginning can be intimidating and I'm such a perfectionist but I'm trying to put myself out there more even if it isn't perfect. Thank you so much for your advice. I was so excited that I got to speak to you.

I am excited to try the list of 5 things today! I feel like I waste so much energy & put so much pressure on myself ruminating about all of the things I need to do, then get overwhelmed & end up feeling so stuck and hating myself for not getting things done. Thanks for this awesome video!! 💛

I said my prayer yesterday evening and this morning as well, because I felt like I'm not productive and I was so stressed out. thanks for sharing this Gabby. I was using a 3 point list every day but still feeling like not enough was getting done. I will try doing 5 points instead and see how I go. Thank you again x

Thank You! it is very important to share that to be more productive we need to focus on less things. I've heard this: "Progress is not movin' forward but movin' deeper" that i think it's what happen with using this 5 things method. I love it!!!:)

Hi Spirit Junkies, I have made lists for years. I run a pool and hot tub service business and I actually list each call 1 thru 4 or 5 everyday. Focus on #1 check it off and start on #2 and so on. Helps keep me focused and calm.
