I did all this and when I verified the files it just put those 2 files back right in and the same error still pops up not sure what to even do no more

Its not working for me, i am so tired of my problems, i deleted them and verify game files, but the same error (dlc files missing) came up again, and now i cant delete the files from mptuner becuase they dont exist anymore
