For the textures disappearing part, you do not have to lower the quality. You can increase the "extended texture budget" slider in the graphics settings (i have it set to the middle). It will take a hit on your FPS, but still fixes it!

When I try n join a server it asks me to restart for the game and I did and when I loaded it back up it said Connection failed Changing game build failed: An Known error occurred

recently I downloaded fivem and i bought gta on steam, and I got many problems, fivem want's a social club account and when I enter a account, it tells me you dont have gta on this acoount, the other error is when I want to go to fivem it tells me logging in with steam and after 10s it says (empty reply from server, failed to contact rockstar online services)its been 3 days that I got fivem and gta and i couldn't do any
