When i get to were getting there it load but when it done it disappears and nothing happens I have got to the thing to sign in

For me I have gta downloaded on steam, I download Fivem, but when I try to open Fivem it says game files missing and that Fivem game data outdated but I already updated gta and it’s not showing me anymore updates yet it still pops up this message anytime I try opening Fivem.
