Yeah, I finally fixed it after trying so hard, I uninstalled Fivem and removed all its files so you can use revo uninstaller or similar apps, and also uninstalled Rockstar Launcher and GTA V again. All data needs to be removed via revo uninstaller, after I installed it back to the recommended location (C drive) I played story mode for a while, then online mode failed to play once, downloaded five minutes and everything worked After that I almost lost hope. I hope this helps you all
NB: You can backup the GTA folder to avoid re-downloading the 100+ GB if you have slow internet speed and it should still work
