GTA Vice City - How to Fix - Unhandled Exception Error!

Hi guys Assault here, i will show you how to fix the error "Unhandled Exception" when you try to Open the game.

For me this ain't work at all in fact now it dont even let me on the game it jus comes up with error right away

i keep getting this one....while in the game...Unhandled Exception : in adress 00640d0b after i finished the treacherous snake mission or if i try and change the resolution or if i try and use my controller with it it does this error....it verry finicky and idk how to fix that error code....apparently im the only one that has this error. i cant find that exact error anywhere
