That "Phil Cassidy is dead, now who's gonna supply arms in Liberty City?" is such an awesome reference! and it makes you feel like you have to make sure events in Vice City go as planned so the timeline stays correct.

The 3D games had good mission failure texts. In VCS if Phil Collins died during his concert it would say "Phill definitely felt it in the air that night"

I love the fact that we keep finding new things about these old games, it's incredible how dedicated the GTA community is to finding stuff like this

This is amazing. I've spent countless hours with Trainers and messing with internal files in this game, checking out every single detail of the map and its interiors. It's pretty nice that this video covers actual lesser known stuff. As always, great stuff.

The extra things on the golf carts, the flatbed trucks, and even convertible cars such as the stallion can also get a change if you are in the car and press the replay button a few times.The Stallion and the Flatbed are guaranteed to work because i used to do it all the time when i wanted a roofless Stallion.Also after a replay Tommy will not move his hands anymore when steering (he will not move his hands anymore just like the NPC drivers)
