Really? Sodexo? Sodexo and Aramark cater the cheapest events I've ever worked. The grade of food is like, American prison level. Paris would have been far better off using a *bunch* of local caterers and resturants to provide the food. Would have poured the cost of the Olympics right back into the economy. WTF.

The catering company with the lowest bid got the contract. And they probably bid so low, because they planned to cut corners and only order enough food for each day. They'll be asking for another draw on their contract pretty quick as their money runs out and the food disappears!
