So excited to try this. Question, can I or should I rack the mixture directly into another fermenting bottle instead of a bucket or other container, that way I don't have to transfer it back to the original fermenting bottle?

Heyy I bought this kit recently. After using the sanitizer I saw some residue as I was adding the honey and water. I was wondering if this could ruin my batch or cause a risk to me? I couldn't find what the sanitizer was made from and wasn't sure what to do. I figured since it was no rinse it would be fine but wanted to ask the man himself

I really enjoy watching these home brew kit videos, and the only criticism I have would be the selection of background music. I’m sure there is some royalty free jazz piano or classical piano you could place in the background the avoid the “basic” infomercial type feel. No hate just critique, love the content, hope to purchase some soon.
