I'm a big fan of the landmine (or core trainer as it is preferably known). It allows for quite a few modifications for more joint friendly exercises and can make exercises more challenging on the core because of how we can change up the center of gravity.

Check out just some of the exercises we put in our training programs to spice them up using this great tool.

Let me know which one you're going to start using.

P.S. If you don't have the landmine you can put a towel in the corner of the gym and put the barbell in there and create a makeshift landmine that will allow you to do many of the exercises (although getting the tool makes a lot more sense to me :) )

This is the best workout I have ever seen. No one ever does this in the gym. The gains you can get from this are incredible

when i used the landmine exercises, i felt like i am hitting the gym for the first time and there were different parts of my body that were used for the first item and they were sore the other day. i get a lot of good results from this unique way. And its feels more fun doing that. This is the most ignored thing on the planet that actually give huge results.
