LANDMINE SQUAT HACK ❗️

This will CHANGE your life and look im not exaggerating and I truly truly would say if I have but I spent a whole gym session figuring out how to help you set up your LANDMINE squats and I couldn’t find proper tips anywhere! I messed around a little and boom it came to me! Use a bench to ease the load and pressure. (If this tips been done before apologises in advanced I would credit the relevant creator 💙)

What if your feet slip? You'll have a bar slamming you in the shoulder and chest. I would face it like you normally would and raise the heels with a wedge or something.

Hi, what changes compared to the normal squat? Another question, does it make a difference if you place the barbell on your shoulder? Left or right? doesn't one side work more than the other?
