We could dive much deeper into 100+ exercises with that involve the Landmine, as well as other tools to expand our library. However, I felt it was much more practical for individuals with limited equipment and space to implement right away!

something else to add to my routine! awesome! i’ve been wanting to try this since i’ve been doing the battle ropes with jumping rope…but this will give me an great addition to my workouts instead of just dumbbells

I like the bench press one .BUT would need to get a much larger diameter weight disc to get under the bar.

How many plates do you use to keep the landmine still? Is that 2x20kg?

That deadlift jump is stupid, don't do that, you're just going to get hurt or drop that whole bar from the top and look like an idiot.

That romanian is also very stupid, the form is really bad and you can only do it with light weight, you try and load up and you're just going to hurt your back doing it like that.
