Joshua 🙏 You hit the nail on it's head. In my humble opinion, coaching is first and foremost about ACTIVE LISTENING requiring MINDFULNESS. It then requires the coach to take the coachee from point A to point B (exactly like the old horse drawn coach only metaphysical in their mind space) by asking powerful questions that create insight for both, not telling answers as a mentor would for one who's been there, done that.
