And they do it by way of saving fuel and female staff and pilots help them to achieve this
1. Less weight less fuel consumption less cost around (33 million rupees a year)
2. Fits right with current trend (women empowerment, better representation of gender neutrality etc)
3. Since women staff and pilots help aviation companies on fuel cost per flight therefore they get paid better.

on top of that if the above features would not match the current scenario
Women staff would be treated the same way as they treat male ones now.

So no bullshit about female dominance in already dry profit margin industry that is aviation.
