2dates per day is not a problem...actually it is rich in iron content that pregnant women's body needs to produce hemoglobin....during my pregnancy time, i got iron deficiency and due to that my hemoglobin level dropped than minimum level.my gynaecologist suggested to eat pomegranate, moringa leaf water(drumstick leaves) and 2 dates per day...iron deficiency can cause anemia..after 37th week pregnant women can take 4-6 dates per day as it soften the cervix women should avoid unripen papaya and completely ripen papaya can be taken and it is healthy....they can also intake pineapple in moderation (don't eat everyday)...(i followed this during my pregnancy....hope it helps for new mom to be....🎊🎉✨️)

Dates are good no doubt but we should consume it in limit as it can lead to diabetes 1 or 2 daily enough

Aisay hee logo ki videos dekh ke log misguide hotay hain you should write kitnau amount mai khana chahiye warna daalo hee mat coz the amount of dry fruits you're showing here could be really risky for the baby .. pregnancy mau dry ftuits hamesha moderation mai khana chahiye and better yehi hai ke soaked khao na ke aisay dry and about the dates its completely safe to eat 2 to 3 dates daily and even a study found says ke last 2 months mai u can eat around 6 dates it will really help you with labour pain while giving birth and sweets bhi moderation mai kuch nahi kehtay apni cravings ko maaro mat hamesha bas itna hai har cheez moderation mai khao .. chicken is not injurious either its completely safe agar moderation mai khayi jaye toh

Why chicken to be avoided? Only raw meat is not ok as per doctors.
