Breast Firming Exercises | After Breast Augmentation

This is a stretching tutorial I’ve made to help you recover faster after your breast augmentation surgery. These are stretches I’ve made up myself (including the names of the exercises), which has definitely sped up my recovery and allowed my breasts to drop down naturally quicker.
I’m by no means a fitness trainer or a professional. I just do what feels right.
For my case, I’ve turned from a Day 7 patient (even though I was a Day 15 patient) to a Day 21 patient in 6 days, after doing these exercises everyday. Here’s a guide to help you with your breast augmentation recovery: 30 minute exercise per session 2 sessions x day
0:40 Sunrise - 1 minute
1:09 Shoulder Rolls - 1 minute (30 sec for opposite direction)
1:36 Water Pail - 1 minute (30 sec for opposite direction)
2:17 Double Arm Cross - 1 minute
2:50 High Arm Clap - 1 minute
3:13 Back Pumps - 1 minute
3:33 Arm Reach - 1 minute
4:05 Crossover - 1 minute
4:37 Rise - 1 minute
5:05 Neck roll - 15 seconds (each side)
5:19 Scissor cut - 1 minute
5:42 Spread wings - 1 minute
6:02 Propeller - 1 minute (30 sec for opposite direction)
6:22 Finishing stretches for cool down
Feel free to spend some more time on a particular exercise if you think it helps more. This is just a rough schedule of what I do, so just be flexible. ;)
