Thanks for making this. As a guy, I just got back my DNA test. I'm at highest risk for breast cancer. I'm in my '40s. I'm like no doctor has ever told me how to check my breast. Yet. I meant higher risk than the average female. Go figure. Thanks for this video. I'm not sure what lymph node should feel like, but both of them on both sides feel slightly tender. But it's symmetrical on both sides so I'm not too worried. I'm going to make an appointment with my primary to get checked

I used have breast cancer first stage, that’s must have been around 12, 5 years ago. I was recommended surgery, not to get pregnant and check up visit every 4 months post surgery. I did no do any of it, I cured it naturally with dedication for a few months. 4 months later no lumps no nothing. I got pregnant within the same year. I now have 3 beautiful girls. As of 2 years ago the lump came back, I have not been to a doctor yet. I did not like the biopsy the first time. Planning to try the same protocol first soon.❤
