Just that warm up would take me an hour! 12x50 kick.. wow! I try to do 3x50 and I'm destroyed, 50m kick takes 2 1/2 minutes if I go full blast, with snorkel. With kickboard only I can't even get to 25 and my neck and lower back will be on fire.

Breathing: With the exception of the 50 meter free sprint, all of the men breath on every other arm stroke/once per arm cycle. With the women, they are different. Katie Ledecky breaths like the men, every other stroke. Arierne Titmus breaths on a 2, 2, 4 pattern. Don't remember the women breathing patterns in the 100, but they tend to breath on longer stroke patterns than the men.

Any suggestions for flip turns? I swallow lots of water from my nose when I try to flip turn?
