For a 5 day trip, I would only do carry-on. My husband and I have done up to 3 weeks in Europe carry-on only. No risk of the airline losing your luggage.

Whenever we go on a plane trip, we bring an overhead bag with one set of clothes for each of us in case our check in luggage gets lost or late

I'm going to Europe in a few months and I'm been scouring YouTube for packing videos (and taking notes on your capsule wardrobes) perfect timing!

I love how realistic this is, you showed everything including underwear (crucial), makeup items(and which). My tip, just in case checked suitcase comes late, I like to put clothes and little bit of make up in both carry-on and checked suitcases.
I just don't have that many makeup brushes even at home but that standing pouch looks really practical!

Still, that's a lot of wipes and vitamins for 5 day trip! I would only bring small amount of separate packs or in plastic pill boxes...

And all that sprays and drops for 5 day trip... haha, don't forget to put aerosols in check in suitcases! Just all the things we need... :/ but you are great at packing and organising!

In my backpack i always bring a dress (comfort enough to sleep but i could walk around the town with that dress too) 1 set underwear, 1 set thermal and my skincare

I love how organized you are and how professionally done your videos are. I stopped checking-in luggage after a domestic airline lost our luggage for several days, now I just carryon whether its for a week or a month. Finally a video with a real amount of items for such a short trip in a clod weather. While looking for an inspiration (I'm having a trip to Moscow in 3 days, omg!) I found so many over packers flying somewhere for a week with like 20 t-shirts. Not at all helpful for me as i'm an anxious person going anywhere after the quarantine.
