I love building at the 5 river lake, has yarrow and aloe galore, fish and streams in winter, and it's smack in the middle of alot of main objectives. I just ziplined across the map to everything using it as a center hub. Yes it's not exactly raid free but build walls and spikes and your pretty much defendable. Also build like an ewok village lakeside. And at the bottom of the lake is 4 ropes for easy bridge building.

i think itd be cool to see adjustable loot respawn options. something like a 3 day, 5 day, 10 day and further in 5 intervals and then a no respawn option for hardcore players.

You can gain altitude with the glider by swooping down and back up again. You can reach the cloud level, fly over the mountain and all the way around the island... you don't need to haul it up to the top on foot. :D

5:10 Arguably the best spot because winter isn't too bad if you just stock up on pots and collect water. It can be stored on shelves and also, a simple wall we usually do the trick when the frost comes in. Just use spiked sticks to defend and you'll be good!

about secomd location you don't need therocks. kelvin an gina won't walk rope bridges there. and you'll get 3 to 4 raids daily. a camp is really near and 2 roads around you.
wanna have an easy life, avoid proximity to roads.
want a raid proof, look for cliffs NW or the cliff slopes nar golf camp. Get a glider for mobility though

They should reset the loot every 10 days or making u go around the map collecting and making it last until it resets but still wouldn’t be that hard to get food and etc

They should make a forest battle royale where as well as cannibal AI enemies there's also 50 other players all building and crafting bases, with raiding and defending from raids. That would be the Ultimate forest experience, AI cannibal enemies just get boring after a while

U can build a 9 foundation skyscraper pretty easy.

First location has 2 gliders above it too. Also only need 1 wall, they don't approach from both sides.

5:00 the map is 90 degrees to the left, it's NOT pointing north. Bare that in mind when using the visual arrows for locations.
